ELLEN STAFFORD is a dancer, choreographer, and certified teacher of the Alexander Technique living and working in the Greenfield area of Pittsburgh. In addition to teaching, she enjoys taking in live theater, pizza-and-movie nights with friends, and exchanging postcards with people from all over the world.
